Ingredients

FOR THE GARLIC CREAM SAUCE:
1-½ Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, Minced (or Use A Microplane If You Have It)
½ cups Heavy Cream
¼ cups 2% Milk
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Pour batter into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture in an even layer. Arrange pecans on cake mix. Pour butter evenly over pecans, moistening all the cake mix. Bake for 70-80 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and top with whipped cream.

I just recently found this recipe and LOVE it! Only 4 ingredients and it literally takes 2 minutes to make and can be eaten immediately after preparing...and it's delicious too! This makes for a great side dish to take to a potluck, but is sweet enough that it could work as a dessert also.

Serve these honey roasted peaches with a dollop of lightly sweetened ricotta thyme for a perfect light summer dessert.

We love this recipe! It is also excellent made with pork instead of chicken. You can also substitute honey for the sugar. I doubled the recipe and it was still gone! I am making it again soon!

HowTo Oreo Bomb Cake

This kind of reminds me of injecting butter into a turkey, only a much sweeter version. The ingredients are simple and budget friendly. Bonus: it’s so much fun to make! Last week Cuisinart sent me their Breakfast Central. It is a waffle/omelette maker. I am in the process of preparing a review of the product and in doing so, I am trying it out making many different things. My family was excited to have waffles, as we often buy the frozen ones. These would undoubtedly be way better, but the problem was that we had no yeast and the recipes in the cookbook, called for it. Instead, I decided to try making waffles with cake mix. -store-bought marshmallow cream (Fluff is one brand, but there are probably more natural versions out there)
OR
cook you own as I always do and experience the most heavenly thing you have ever tasted
-2 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 cup of sugar (granulated..you know the kind people put in their coffee) + another 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/6 cup of water

Clean Eating Granola Bar! Made these, substituted pecan and walnut pieces for the dried fruit... came out great!

Ingredients

1 cup of whole grain old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon of ground flax meal
1/4 cup of dried currants
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
1/4 cup of dried cherrieschopped (or any type of dried fruit without the sugars)
1 packet of stevia in the raw
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 fairly ripe banana, chopped as small as you can
2 Tablespoons of natural peanut butter
2 Tablespoons of natural honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

My sister's co-worker brought these to a party and they were quite a hit. I don't know where the recipe came from originally. "Bark" is an artificial chocolate or vanilla candy coating/confectioner's coating used to make a treat called almond bark and can be found at most grocery stores near the chocolate chips. You can use chocolate chips and white chocolate chips if you don't have almond bark, but I have found that almond bark melts better and is easier to work with.
